Hi there Congratulations with your pregnancy, this is such an extniig time ahead. We know that a good and healthy diet is of utmost importance for a healthy baby .The baby and its health are influenced a lot during the first 1000 days starting even 3 months before conception. There is a tendency that some women might experience more severe naussea from the prenatal vitamins, and some caregivers therefore advice women to wait till 12 weeks. However the sooner you start with them the better, as diets often lack in all the nutrients that you might need during pregnancy.I would strongly advise a pregnant lady to take any prenatal vitamin as soon as she know she is pregnant and take it from there.Enjoy your pregnancyHettie
