Too bad you and I can’t meet in the middle serewhome. I’ve been animic for as long as I can remember I take a multi vitamin that is high in iron daily, and I get my iron levels tested regularly It’s almost always low. With diet and vitamins I can usually keep it under control, but sometimes it still manages to get really low and then I get really tired and moody, well, my husband would call moody an under statement I’m a down right b#%*+.

I’ve been having a rlealy hard time breathing lately, both in yoga and in running, and my knee/hip joints have been hurting. I wonder if this is what my problem is. Funny, they always say women need more iron, but I guess if you’re crazy health-conscious you can over-do it. My doctor ordered me a blood test a couple of weeks ago that I never followed up on mayhaps I should do that today

You may want to consider tkniag a vitamin that’s meant for older folks. They don’t have iron in them, but have a lot of other vitamins you still need. You can supplement what isn’t in them already and rebuild your pill-popping regimen.

I do not know of a cure for arthritis but I have heard that ceartin therapies and positive thinking and reinforcement benefits and heals arthritis and other conditions in some people. As for what I am sure of a hot soak, as hot as she can comfortably bear it, in salt water up to her neck or steam could ease her pain significantly for a day or two at a time. Also weekly massage therapies and neem oil on the joints. Another thing I have heard of but am not quite sure of is wearing copper on the wrists and ankles. Real copper is said to have an absorbing effect for pain, especially arthritic pain. And if you go to the health food store you can purchase sage and white willow about 240 mgs daily should ease her pain as well. Fish oil pills ( for the omega 3) and glucosamine are also proven and recommended by medical professionals as well as naturalists.
