No Artificial Color, Flavor or Sweetener, No Preservatives, No Sugar, No Starch, No Milk, No Lactose, No Soy, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Fish. Sodium Free.

Other Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose, Gelatin, Croscarmellose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. Contains <2 of: Silica, Dicalcium Phosphate, Mannitol.     I agree, B Vitamins are very important. You shloud look into MoodBoost Drink, it’s the best mood supplement I’ve found. I agree with you that many of the pharmaceutical antidepressants are not necessary and there are better and healthier alternatives.

    Folic acid is good for you, unless you have canecr.If you’ve got canecr it might speed it up.In general though, I’d take a doctor’s advice over “someone’s”, including “someone” from the internet. So talk to your GP 🙂
